A little faster-paced than Beginner classes but completely suitable for first-timers.Adaptations and modifications are provided to suit individual needs. If you're new here, you're off to a great start
You will begin with an initial assessment of a 45-minute online session and if needed, we might invite you for an in-person meeting. During this session, we'll dive into your history, discuss your goals for joining the class, and figure out the exercises that will benefit you the most. We'll also introduce you to Pilates and teach you the basic centering method, a core aspect of our exercise program.
After this session, you'll receive your exercise plan. We'll check in with a reassessment after 6 weeks and it's mandatory to have a comprehensive reassessment after 12 weeks to ensure you're on track.
