01
Traditional Chinese Acupuncture
Rooted in ancient Chinese medicine, this holistic approach focuses on balancing the flow of vital energy, or Qi, throughout your body. By gently inserting fine, sterile needles into specific acupuncture points along energy pathways (meridians), we aim to stimulate your body's natural healing abilities and restore harmony.

We utilise Chinese Acupuncture to address a diverse array of conditions, including:

Allergies: Finding relief from seasonal discomfort like Hay Fever.
Women's Health: For endometriosis and dysmenorrhoea, as well as other general Women’s health conditions.
Neurological Issues: Conditions like Bell’s palsy and Migraine.
Musculoskeletal Pain: Various forms of Arthritis and Chronic pain.
Stress and Sleep: Overcome Stress disorders and insomnia.
02
Western Acupuncture &
Dry Needling
Drawing on modern scientific understanding of anatomy and the musculoskeletal system, Western Acupuncture, often referred to as Dry Needling, focuses specifically on treating Musculoskeletal (MSk) conditions.
This technique involves inserting fine needles into trigger points – tight, irritable knots within muscles – to release tension, reduce pain and improve function.
Whether you're dealing with muscle strains, ligament sprains, joint pain or other musculoskeletal issues, Dry Needling can be a highly effective tool in your recovery and pain management journey.

03
Cupping Therapy
Cupping therapy is a myofascial decompression technique used within physiotherapy to alleviate musculoskeletal pain, reduce soft tissue restrictions and facilitate tissue healing. It involves the application of negative pressure using silicone or glass cups placed on the skin, creating a vacuum effect that lifts the underlying fascia and superficial muscle layers. This decompression increases local blood flow, enhances lymphatic drainage, and modulates the autonomic nervous system response.

It is particularly effective in addressing chronic myofascial tightness, delayed-onset muscle soreness (DOMS), trigger points, and postural imbalances. When integrated with other manual therapy and exercise-based rehabilitation, cupping supports functional recovery and pain modulation.
04
Pranic Healing
Pranic Healing is a non-touch energy therapy that addresses imbalances in the body's energy field and centers. Practitioners assess and treat these energetic disturbances to support the body's natural healing processes.

This approach is believed to have potential benefits for physical discomfort, stress management and overall wellbeing by working on the energetic level of health. While distinct from the physical therapies offered at InCore, Pranic Healing represents a complementary modality focused on energy balance.
