I have just completed 5 physio, cupping and Acupuncture sessions with Ash for an injury on my shoulder and upper arm, and am really happy with how much better the area is now feeling. Ash has a real holistic approach to her treatments and is very encouraging towards a final good outcome. It's down to me now to do the exercises! I would definitely recommend Ash .

I've been seeing Ashwini for a few years now and she is such a lovely lady. It started with a bad back and recently I dislocated my ankle! The treatments for both have been very effective and Ashwini is really knowledgeable. I've had massage, cupping, acupuncture, ultrasound and physio. Ashwini explains the treatments and reasons for them really well so you actually learn a lot about your body which is a plus! I would highly recommend her!

Ashwini is amazing!
My son is a rower and developed a problem with his back. Over the course of a few months she fixed the problem, gave a great set of stretches to avoid recurring issues and his performance has subsequently improved.
Given the success with his back we're now working on a long term problem with my knee.

Over the past few months, I've been having physio treatment with Ashwini for a severe back problem. Not only that, but also lower leg (shin splints) caused by stenosis. The treatment I've had from Ashwini, has really helped me get back to playing golf and cricket again after a long long time away from both.
Not only is she very informative on the treatment she administers, but how positive she is in getting you to think positive in your own mind too. I highly recommend seeing Ashwini for treatment in a nice calming atmosphere.
